  Very disappointing experience at this 7-Eleven. I paid $10 for 2 Red Bulls, then noticed a promotion on the door for 3 for $8.50. I went back to add one more so I could get the advertised deal, but the cashier kept saying “NO ENGLISH” and made no effort to understand or help. What made it worse was the attitude I received when leaving! it felt like I was being judged for speaking ENGLISH, which is unacceptable in customer service. If a store advertises a promotion, employees should be able to help customers redeem it professionally and respectfully.

  Doesn't surprise me that they have 2.8 ⭐️⭐️ I'm at work, and I work in hot attics all day. I stopped at the gas station to get a Gatorade. I usually get a Gatorade and a cup of ice, so it stays cold all day. I walk in and grab the drink no problem. Then, when I go over by the fountain machine to grab the ice, I see all the employees and managers over there trying to fix it. They have it all roped off, there's water all over the floor, cups and items are in disarray. Whatever, I understand things happen but when I ask if the ice part is working, she say, no. I then ask if they have bags of ice because I'll just pay the extra couple dollars to get a bag of ice and use the ice in my cup. She looked annoyed that she even have to talk to me. They also don't speak english which adds to the communication issue. She looks around for 2 seconds and says no. Afterwards I walk outside and there's a whole ice machine full of ice bags. Now, i'm annoyed, so I grab a bag of ice and I walk back inside and I ask them to hand me a cup. What I assume is the owner of the store comes out from cleaning all the water off the floor she has plastic gloves on and a dirty bucket of water in her hand. She proceeds to grab me a cup, putting her dirty glove hand all over the top of the cup. Never thought to take the glove off if she was using it to clean the floors. I then walk straight up to the counter, and I'm standing there for 5 minutes because they're too busy cleaning the floors to check anybody out even though there's three people there. I have to yell to the back to announce that i'm up there. Again, they look annoyed that they have to stop what they're doing and come help me. This store is super dirty, can't really communicate with a lot of people because they don't speak english, items are broken and uncleaned, customer service is horrible, cleanliness is unheard of. This store doesn't sit in the best area so i'm sure their clientele, is not the best people. I've never made a review on a gas station but it was horrible. 🤮🤢

  The worst 7eleven ever. I went to pump gas and the lady in the register said pump 4 is not working so I move to pump 5 I did the fuel on the app and when it says error I went back inside and was telling the lady that I paid 10 dollars but no gas, we spoke to the manager and the manager was acting all confused and they both gave me attitude. And to top it off pump 4 was working I see cars pulling in to pump gas.

  I go to this store a lot it always seem like the same woman is working behind the register I mean like every time and different times hard working

  The owners and the owners family that run the store a very nice and pleasant always have what we want great place for drinks snacks Lotto cigarettes they accept EBT they accept cash and they have a debit card machine 10 star rating
