  You guys need another person with the right attitude working here idk if the black lady working this morning is overnight or just early morning but clearly she’s not the right fit. No greeting when I walked in or anyone actually. The frito lays lady said hi if anything. Staring people down with a pouty face just standing behind the counter like she doesn’t have to watch the frito lays people she should be doing her job. I’ve worked seven eleven for years before I know what she should be doing. Anyway when I finally get to the counter after being eyeballed she doesn’t even offer any promos like free banana with my milk shakes or even let me put my number in for my points. Then just being a lazy person she doesn’t as telling people lining up to just self checkout without even asking if that’s what they need or something else. It was something else btw. Anyway she needs to be put on somewhere else or a different time cause it’s making this store look bad.

  I have found the store owner's demeanor to be decidedly unfriendly, which, combined with my previous two experiences of poor customer service, has led me to decide against future visits.

  I have been going to 7 11's here in Florida for over 30 years. Normally I have a great repour with the staff, especially if I live or work close to one. I live close to one and I am sick and tired of the horrible customer service. The staff are not friendly at all. You walk in and just see them with mad expressions on their faces, or they are hiding behind the register on their cell phones. Never smiling. Never Kind. God forbid you want a hot dog. They always say there isn't any. Like just now. Then I ask again and he says I can make you one. Now you can make me one. Isn't that what you sell? I came here just for that purpose a hot dog, chips and a fountain drink. Simple. They have not stocked up anything. No ketchup, no relish, no regular straws and no hot dogs. This is a family owned business and if you are not happy owning and working at a 7 11 then find another job. You all should be grateful for what you have and appreciate your customers more. Without us you would not be driving that nice BMW you have. I wish I could own and run a store like that. My customers would love me and the great customer service that comes with it. At this store I had a clerk curse me out and the manager did nothing about it, almost slipped in the front of the store when there was mud all over the side walk and God forbid you mention it to them. Maybe I should have fallen so I could call it Victoria's 7 11. Get it together. Treating your customers with kindness goes a long way. What a shame I would be there almost every day. I end up going to another 7 11 further away just so I can be greeted by happy staff and not ones that look so miserable all the time. Stop acting like brats and be grateful.

  Friendly cashiers and we got our free slurpee for July 11th. Plus I bought some dirty soda to try.

  Open 24 hours? Guess not. I get off work late, around 3-4 am. 9 out of 10 times the doors are locked. People pulling in and out of the parking lot in frustration. Sometimes theres a "closed' sign o n the door. Two stores within a mile of each other... both always closed...
