  MAJOR SAFETY CONCERN & EXTREMELY AGGRESSIVE EMPLOYEE I had a deeply disturbing and unsafe experience at this store today (July 30) at around 4:05 PM. I came in to buy two packs of Marlboro Black cigarettes, which were displayed for $5.36 each. I entered my phone number for the loyalty discount, and the clerk charged me $14.92. I handed him $15.00 in cash, and he gave me my change. The transaction was already completed. After receiving my change, I politely asked him if there might be a mistake or if I had misentered my number. I offered no argument and was completely willing to keep the purchase. Instead of answering, the clerk (a dark-haired male, approximately 50 years old) suddenly exploded into an unprovoked rage. He forcibly shoved/forced the cash back to me, canceled the completed transaction without explanation, and aggressively ordered me out of the store. As I walked toward the exit, he physically threatened to beat me up and pursued/chased me all the way outside the building. As an elderly customer who was polite, cooperative, and had already completed a lawful purchase, being threatened with physical violence, forcibly refunded, and chased outside was genuinely terrifying. I strongly felt targeted and harassed. This employee is a direct physical threat to customers. Management urgently needs to check the security camera footage from today around 4:05 PM (both inside the register area and outside the entrance) to verify his aggressive conduct and take immediate action before someone gets hurt.

  We really enjoy visiting this place because the store is always very clean and well organized. Everything is arranged so nicely, and on top of that, the staff are incredibly friendly, especially the manager, who always has a lovely smile 😊 ,This is why we keep coming.

  The store is very organized the location is very good and the manager of the store I believe she has a name tag Nardin she always has a nice smile I will definitely come back

  I hadn’t visited this 7-Eleven location in a while, but my past experiences were generally smooth and uneventful. Unfortunately, my visit on July 16, 2025, around 3:05 PM was surprisingly unpleasant. When I walked in, a female employee was preparing to stock shelves. I greeted her with a friendly “hello,” but she looked at me and didn’t respond — not even a nod or smile. I grabbed my soda water and proceeded to the cashier, where I encountered another employee who was even more dismissive. His tone was cold and borderline rude, making the interaction feel more like an inconvenience than a transaction. If this individual is the owner, it’s even more disappointing. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location or spending my money here again. Giving 2 stars only because the store was clean and well-stocked.
