Showed up to the 56th street location for the first time today to get my new truck cleaned. Christian was the attendant that helped me out and he did a great job explaining the multiple membership and individual wash options. He was friendly and enthusiastic so he got me signed up for a monthly membership. My truck is super clean and the vac’s are strong.

Had a great experience at Aqua-sonic today, Ron was amazingly helpful. He informed me about the plans and pricing. Ron gave me kids candy and car fresheners. This car wash membership appears to be better than others in the town, while I was leaving I was handed the towel to make sure my interiors are clean as well.

Chloe was very helpful and explained everything to us in A and a simple manner, and she did a great job helping us through our first car wash at the new facility.Chloe deserves recognition for her great work today

I’ll be honest I was very excited about this car wash opening especially with all the features it had (hot water car wash etc) Signed up for the founders membership and all. I’ve been there twice and was not impressed. First time, I had to go around again because I still had bugs on my front bumper and on the windshield. The cloth dispenser was broken and kept spitting out a whole bunch of clothes, the mat cleaner didn’t work. I went again yesterday to give it another try and same situation……I already canceled my membership here sadly. I’ve gotten better car washes elsewhere. Again, I see the potential but I think it was just overly hyped up.

Went through the wash twice, and it did not wash off any of the bug guts in the front. There were so much tire shine. I could scrape it off and put it on another car that didn't have tire shine. There weren't any microfiber towels or chemicals to clean The inside, nor wipe off the water marks from the outside.
