  I love my 2004 Jeep Grand Cherokee. Over the years I have had to make some repairs, and oftentimes finding a good mechanic shop is difficult. I am so glad that I found Bear Auto & Tire because they are absolutely top-tier. I recently needed to have new wheels and tires installed and I wanted them to be road-force balanced and aligned (done properly because they are oversized all-terrain tires). I called around to about 7 or 8 different local shops, and none of them did road-force balancing. A few did not even know what it was. The last one I spoke with recommended me to Bear Auto & Tire, and after a quick phone call I scheduled the work to be done. It is so refreshing to find an auto shop that takes the time to talk with you to understand the issues at hand. They make the process easy and deliver quality service with no compromise. Clearly, they take pride in their work, and I am very thankful for their outstanding dedication. Mr. Doug is an absolute pleasure to deal with in the front office, and I would recommend Bear Auto & Tire to any good friend of mine. They are the most respectable shop I have ever come across in my years of Jeep ownership.

  Had 7 a.m. appointment when I arrived i was told I will have to wait a hour to a hour and a half because other people showed up before me with no appointment. I will definitely be taking the tire somewhere else this is not how to do buisness. Zombie dude with glasses is very wierd and tried asking me if I wanted to come the next morning at 7 again what a joke this shop is.

  The service at Bear Auto and Tire has gone to crap since I started going there years ago. They used to be the only place I would go to for tire's, I have tried three times to get a tire issue fixed and the answer has been come back tomorrow. Today, 7/22 at 2:45 pm , I stopped by for the third attempt, the shop had two cars being worked on I saw three employees standing around not doing anything and they close at 5 pm. I went in for a tire rotation and to check out a faulty TPMS sensor that is reading low. Was told to come back tomorrow, again. This is the last time I will be back to get the tire issue fixed. Even before this issue, the past couple times I have stopped by for a flat repair or tire rotation the answer has been come back tomorrow and they are not open on the weekend... Good luck Bear Auto and Tire, I know I am only one customer out of the many you have...

  The people at bear tire and auto did a nice job on my alignment, however the reason I’m giving. 4 stars and not 5 comes down to communication. I get that shit happens when running a business, especially in a trade like auto maintenance, but that doesn’t mean you don’t tell your customer what’s going on with their vehicle. I brought my car in at around 9AM, told them that I’d be leaving it and they said ok. They quoted me $150-$180 since my car is lowered and has some aftermarket suspension parts (toe and camber adjusters). I didn’t hear a single thing about my car all day and saw that they were closing at 5:30PM (at the time it was 5:00PM). I decide to call the shop only to hear that their lift broke and that my car was stuck and had to stay overnight, this really inconvenienced me as I needed the car the next day. The next day rolls around and I called to check up on the job they said they were almost done and that it should only take a few more minutes, I ask to pay online and they told me that the total was now $350. My problem is not the price, I understand time is money, however I don’t think it’s right to do the job and then when I’m getting ready to pay let me know “oh it’s going to be an extra $200 since it was a difficult job” what you do as a proper business owner, is let the client know BEFOREHAND that there will have to be a price increase because the work will be more difficult than expected. I’m just disappointed about that especially when YOUR lift broke and inconvenienced me. Again good job done, just bad customer service.

  Honest! I was referred by a coworker and they were so great. I needed a new radiator and they got me all fixed up by the next day. I will definitely return for any other repairs or service needed
