  I was excited to see that Big Lots opening up again! We went to go check it out for Christmas things and I was shocked to see the handwritten signs and empty shelves. It was nothing like before. Christmas and toys were just one aisle only. Everything was organized differently and looked nothing like the big lots before. It was sad to see but the employees were nice. I don’t think this big lots will last too long without the foot traffic needed and especially with the lack of items and varieties. We couldn’t find anything at all and we tried to. Sad to see big lots go down like this. Prices were a turn off too as things were priced pretty high.

  Noah was very very very helpful with helping us find the 3.99$ motor oil and he gave us a ten percent discount very nice young man would hire for my own business if I started one

  Should just change the name this isn’t big lots this is a store full of stuff merchandisers can’t sell and people don’t want and all the food and beverages are near expiration. Clean and organized but you can tell the corners are cut when it comes to the online shopping and lack of a rewards program they used to have that included coupons and incentives to get you back into the store.

  Just had to run in for a quick purchase, the store was very clean and well organized. The cashier, Kara, was wonderful at checkout. A smile and awesome customer service! As a small business owner, I’d suggest that Biglots doesn’t let this employee get away!

  I really miss this store before they were sold and reopened with new owners. I have lived behind the Big Lots plaza for over 20 years so I was always in there and could find a great bargain or a sale taking place. The new Big Lots is like a zombie version of the original store. I rarely find anything worth buying and there are never any sales taking place, not even during the holidays when there are lots of sales at other stores. I don't know how much longer Big Lots will stay open considering the lack of foot traffic inside. I think the final straw for me is the handwritten sign I saw in the windows. I can't imagine any major business not being able to pay the cost for professional signs. You don't know what you got til it's gone I guess.
