BLUFIN Waterfront Grill delivers on atmosphere, view, and overall experience. The waterfront setting is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset, and the bar is a highlight with the back wall opening straight onto the deck. It creates a relaxed open air feel that really fits the location. We called ahead and were seated right away. Our table was ready as we walked in with waters already on the table, which was a great first impression for a family of five. The food was high quality and kid friendly, which is not always easy to find, and everything came out fresh and well prepared. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout the visit. The only reason this stays at four stars instead of five is minor timing and pacing issues, but overall it was a great experience. Excellent view, solid food, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely a place worth visiting and recommending.

Unfortunately, we did not have a good experience. The lobster and crab soup was extremely watery and lacked flavor, and the jerk chicken quesadilla tasted very low quality, honestly comparable to fast food. We were also served water in paper cups while guest at the bar had glasses, which added to the overall disappointing presentation. Overall, the food and service did not meet expectations.

I wanted to share some feedback about a recent visit that didn’t match the level of service I’ve experienced here before. During this visit, the bartender on duty (long curly hair in a man bun) was inattentive and came across as unprofessional. It took a long time to get acknowledged, and when we were, the interaction felt rushed and dismissive with very little communication. We also waited over an hour for our food with no updates, which made the experience even more frustrating. What stood out is how different this was from my previous visits. The last fout nights, George and Geoff were great bartenders who took excellent care of me and my coworkers. They’re friendly, attentive, and made the experience enjoyable, which is why this visit felt so off. I know this place can do better and hope this feedback is taken seriously.

We had the most amazing stay! Location was great. Close to everything and not too far from the beach. We want to shout out someone who made the stay absolutely incredible the bartender Tori from Blufin. She had great recommendations and was just all around a breath of fresh air. We will definitely be back for our next trip!

My bf and I came here due to the website & how good it looked & it was on the water. We walked in and there was a sign that said please wait to be seated by a server or Bartender… And that took about five minutes until somebody noticed we were there and then they suggested that we don’t sit outside, which is what we wanted to do… Because it was getting humid, but it’s just Florida weather and it really wasn’t that bad. Basically what was going on is the Bartender was being lazy and did not wanna go outside. Most of the tables were dirty and the floor is dirty. There was two server/bartenders working and neither of them have good customer service skills whatsoever… they were nice but they just don’t know what they’re doing and they cannot make a drink for nothing because we ordered 1800 and Gingerale and we were giving crown in charge for crown. We ended up telling them we had to leave and we paid for our $11 drink we did not order. I don’t think this place is updated whatsoever. The menu was stated that it was for winter… And we are in summer. This place needs a total renovation of staff, training and overall more cleanliness. I wouldn’t waste your time because it looks nothing like the website at all
