Wen there August 4th with friends who live near by. It was a great experience. I am a wing fan. All the way. We were there around 6 30. It was seat yourself. Which I like. Got greeted right away. Friendly manager. Picked a high top by bar. Bar tender was also our server. Cameron. Excellent Server! Got our drink orders in fast. I picked the 10 wings, as a rewards member a bogo. Tried the hottest sauce they have as well as the new golden fire and a side of fries. Wings were excellent, crispy as I ordered, sauce tasty and hot. Fries were right on the spot. On our table there were also burger, a Philly cheese and chicken fingers. I heard the burger was good. The sandwich ok and the fingers gut. Everybody was happy and I was very happy. Always when wings are done right. Cameron was on top of his game. He did the bar and the bar area high tops and everyone had food and drinks. He came by often to refill and ask. Manager came by twice and you could see him clean and work the entire time. Liked it, will be back.

The servers are nice but the food is absolute garbage. You’re better off getting some frozen junk and microwave it at home. Not sure if it’s the kitchen staff or the vendors but this is hardly edible.

I placed an order tonight through the website and it said “pick up in 15 minutes”. I did this at 6:57pm but when I checked out AFTER it said my order was for 8:00pm. Knowing it’s the superbowl I decided to be understanding. I get there and the takeout section is PACKED. Doordashers are complaining, people waiting over an hour and a half for their orders. I didn’t receive more order until 8:52. I work in a restaurant myself and understand things get busy but CUT OFF THE ORDERS. Stop taking orders if you cannot fulfill them in time. Wasted majority of my super bowl sitting waiting for this order. To make it better I get home and my wings weren’t even tossed in the sauce. All I can do is laugh because I waited 2 hours for plain wings. Felt bad for the two boys at the takeout counter clearly poor management.

Stood at the front for 20 minutes waiting to be seated, only to have 3 different souless servers lock eyes with me, and continue walking. What's the point of having posted hours for service when you cannot seem to possibly get it? Is this normal? I can see why this location has 3 stars, truthfully I hope you continue the way you have been, seeing this place shut down would bring me immense, cathartic joy.
