  Ladies and gentlemen let me introduce you to the “Ultimate Steakhouse Whopper”. I gave it two stars because the guy in the drive through did nothing to ruin my lunch. It doesn’t taste like a whopper, doesn’t look like a whopper becuase it’s not a whopper. After driving 1.2 miles from the drive-thru window to my home it was cold. Regardless of temperature as you can see with the uploaded pictures, I wouldn’t hold my breath waiting to find this dime piece enjoyable. On a scale of 0 to garbage, this gets a garbage rating.

  super clean!! the smells go me across a busy intersection! that flame broil hit hard so i came to check it out, no kidding it’s been at least 7 years since my last BK experience- the service thanks to Patty was top notch, my whopper was fresh , tasty and actually looked like the menu pic! the price was high but that is the time we live in not this locations fault - inside was clean and safe !’

  I love Burger King but tonight I had a very disappointing experience at Burger King. First, they gave me the wrong drink, which was frustrating because it was not what I ordered. Second, they forgot to pack the complete order, so I had to go back and ask for the missing items. Finally, when I checked the food, I noticed that one of the burgers was noticeably smaller than the other even though they were supposed to be the same order. Finally eat my food Cold 😒 Overall, the service felt careless and unorganized. I hope the staff can pay more attention to orders in the future to avoid these kinds of mistakes. On other day I purchased 5 combo meals at this Burger King, and unfortunately, the customer service was very disappointing. The employee who took my order and handed me my food was quite rude throughout the interaction. When I noticed that my order was missing an order of fries and politely brought it to her attention, her response was not friendly or helpful. Additionally, since I had not received any sauces, I asked if I could get 2 ketchup packets, 1 Buffalo sauce, and 1 BBQ sauce. Her response was, “You have to pay for them,” in a very unfriendly tone. I completely understand that extra sauces may have an additional charge, and I had no issue paying for them. In fact, the total cost was only 50 cents. My concern is not about the charge itself, but rather the way I was spoken to and treated as a customer. Good customer service matters just as much as the food. Unfortunately, the attitude and lack of professionalism made this a negative experience. I hope management addresses these issues and reminds employees of the importance of treating customers with courtesy and respect.

  I dont know why people have a problem with this BK. I have been here on multiple occasions and have really liked it. Also the guy at the drive threw is a 10/10. I didnt get his name because his name tag is smudged out but he is amazing, patient, and kind. Honestly if I was him I probably would have given up. He is always working both windows AND taking orders BY HIMSELF! all because they dont have enough staff to help out. Someone give him the crown. 👑

  I know…it’s Burger King…so I shouldn’t expect much but this place is just gross, on top of waiting 10-minutes for only a whopper. While waiting, what appeared to be the person in charge had a young lady by the register gargling salt water because she has a sore throat…I’m sorry…this is just incredibly off putting and gross. If someone is sick with a sore throat, send them home…especially in the food industry…more importantly don’t gargle salt water. This place is so gross.i threw my food away.
