  I went to the drive thru and specifically asked that my food was fried to order because when fried food sits, it upsets my stomach. They said they did, I checked and it wasn’t. They said they would swap it out and what I received was the same food. As you can see the food doesn’t look fresh. The manager didn’t help me at all.

  I just went through the drive through and ordered a double whopper meal... When I got to the window , the cashier had charged me for a large drink and large onion ring. I did not ask for that. I told him I wanted my money back for those upcharges. The manager came and asked me for my receipt. She asked me if I wanted cheese and bacon.I told her no. I want a refund for the upcharge for the large drink and onion rings. She kept asking me about cheese and bacon. No disrespect , but they could barely speak English. Do not automatically charge your customers for a large drink/fries if they don't ask for it. By the time I was done with this conversation , I completely forgot to ask her my receipt back. When I got home , I have a single whopper with no tomato. I did not order a single whopper with no tomato. I asked for my double whopper to have no ketchup extra mayo. I didn't think that was a difficult request. Service like this will keep me from returning.

  I hit the drive-thru. They were so friendly and cheerful. Not what I expected from fast wood. Normally the conversation is limited due to the time at the window. However, my food was prepared quick for the BK normal wait and they gave me a quick status update. Barely time to blink and my food was prepared and being handed to me. I will be back! I would recomend to a friend.

  Very disappointing experience at Burger King. I had to wait 20 minutes for my order, which is simply unacceptable for fast food. The staff seemed unprofessional and showed little respect for customers’ time. Fast food is supposed to be fast — making customers wait this long for a basic order is poor service.

  Attempted to order two drinks and a 4 piece nugget for me and my wife on the way home, I get told to pull up to the window, as I pull around towards the first window, an employee leans out of the second window and waves me forward. I drive past the first window which was empty and when I arrive to the second window they ask if I had a mobile order. I said no and they asked for my order, when they asked the original guy who waved me forward left the window and the new cashier named Hugo told me to pay for my order I'd need to back up to the first window and that I would not be able to pay for my order at that window despite them waving me to it. I said I don't want to back up because the window had nobody there and Hugo tried to gaslight me that there was someone in the window and wanted to know why I didn't want to back up through a dark and rainy drive thru, I just pulled forward and left, drove to Wendy's for my order instead and had 0 problems there. Avoid this location at all costs the staff are incompetent.
