  This was the final straw for me. From the moment I placed my order, I felt rushed, and the manager was incredibly rude. I didn’t mind paying for the nuggets, but I had rewards points that I wanted to use, and I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them. When I got home, I realized my nuggets were missing, so I had to drive all the way back to the restaurant to get them. After making a second trip and finally getting home so my family could eat, I opened my burger only to discover it didn’t even have a burger patty on it. One mistake can happen, but multiple mistakes in one order combined with poor customer service is unacceptable. I wasted time, gas, and had to keep my family waiting because basic quality checks weren’t done before handing out the order. I’ll be thinking twice before coming back.

  I'd give it zero stars if I could. The employees were absolutely awful. Not a single smile on their faces. They made me feel like I was bordering just because i buy food from there. They didn't give me my ice cream, and when I asked about it, the girl angrily replied, "We don't have any ice cream at the moment." It's one thing if they didn't have ice cream, but I paid for it; I at least deserved an explanation and an alternative. They didn't even give me ketchup, salt, or straws for my drinks. Horrible. The worst Burger King ever. I don't recommend it.

  Worst burger king on earth. Every time I go there i wish I didn't. They always mess my food up and now they messed my money up. Im completely done with this burger king. Either corporate reaches out and fixes this problem or they have lost a customer forever. Im not going to pay for bad service and now pay extra. No thanks.

  they are not open during their posted hours, but will still take your money then you have to call customer service to get a frigging refund and have to wait up to a week to get that money back DUE TO THEIR ERROR. This is theft, you took my money knowing you could not complete the order, that's also considered fraud.

  I dont know whos running this place but the entire staff needs to fired and they definitely need to find another person to run this restaurant for this area. The amount of laziness and lack or respect is honestly grotesque. I witnessed an employee start cursing and fighting and screaming at people for pulling into drive thru because we didnt know " their systems were down" during the day its probably a 1 star but I wouldnt of even gave the 1 star rating if I had the choice of rating this place lower
