I don’t usually leave reviews, but this experience at Burger King was too memorable for all the wrong reasons. From the moment I pulled up, I was met with an attitude that made me feel more like a burden than a paying customer. The woman at the drive-thru seemed completely uninterested in doing her job, greeting me with clear disrespect and unprofessionalism. I kept it polite and simple, but even basic requests turned into an issue. When I asked for ranch, I got an eye roll and a blunt “we don’t have any,” like I had personally inconvenienced her. Fine, no problem—I asked for ketchup instead… and it was literally thrown at me. Not handed. Not passed. Thrown. I get that everyone has bad days, but this wasn’t just a bad day—it was a complete lack of basic customer service and respect. A fast food stop shouldn’t feel like an attitude obstacle course. Hopefully management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because this kind of experience definitely makes people think twice about coming back.

I had one of the best experiences I have ever had at any Burger King, today at this location. Thanks to an amazing Woman named Shenecca and a very kind Gentleman named Joe. I was having a awful morning and wanted some breakfast and knew I wouldn't make it on time, before they stopped serving breakfast. I called and Shenecca answered the phone and was kind enough to put me some croissants to the side, I promised I would be there as soon as my appointment was over. I kept my promise and so did she. Joe greeted me with a smile, kindess and compassion. I cannot say how thankful I am to have been treated so kindly by two people that didn't know me, but treated me like a human being, like we all should be treating people. I highly recommend this Burger King. The vibe was nice, not any screaming at the people in the back, like some fast food restaurants I have went to. Definitely turned my day around. I hope they know how much it meant to me.

Did a mobile order. Because my food was “too much food” made me come in to get it (it was 2 meals and a kids meal) then while waiting for my food Leticia and her friend were talking about my food saying “no wonder she’s fat” ,for your info I LITERALLY JUST had a baby and quite literally died from it a couple of weeks ago, then proceeded to say that the double whopper meal was crazy and saying I bet that’s hers (wasn’t. It was my husband’s). I’ve literally came to the BK for the last 4 yrs bc I’ve always had great experiences but this time absolutely not. Will not be coming back to this location the one on bearss is better tasting anyway.

Ordered a biscuit and coffee. Clean tables and beverage area. Maybe add street number to both entrance doors to facilitate mobile ordering and pick up deliveries. Food was warm and fresh.

Terrible service, waited over 20 minutes for my food. Staff and particularly the girls at through today Saturday June 6 at 2:30 gave us altitude and didn't let us check into our bag to verify we had our order complete she got made at tood us there were people waiting behind. NEVER EAT AT THIS LOCATION. The order was wrong but didn't feel like going and argue with the lady. I don't know who hires people like this for CUSTOMER SERVICE. No CS Skills at all.
