I had a very disappointing experience at this Burger King location on the corner of N. Florida Avenue and E. Bearss Avenue. I was in the drive-thru when I was told by the cashier that I needed to move my vehicle because another customer in front of me would not move theirs. When I questioned why I was being asked to move instead of the other vehicle, the cashier told me she was not going to serve me and said, "I don't want to take your abuse." By me asking you really not going to take my money. I did not believe I was being abusive, and I was surprised to be refused service. I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. At the end of the interaction, the drive-thru cashier said, "Have a great day. Have a Happy Fourth." Given the circumstances and the tone I perceived, it came across to me as sarcastic rather than genuine. I understand others may interpret it differently, but that was my experience. If you have a factual experience—good or bad—leave an honest review and report it to Burger King. Constructive, truthful feedback helps business owners and management know what's happening at their locations and encourages accountability and better customer service. Many people don't realize that most Burger King locations are independently owned franchises rather than corporate-owned restaurants. Honest customer feedback helps both the local franchise owner and Burger King understand what's happening at a specific location and can encourage improvements where they're needed.

The best thing about this location is the manager Jules she is amazing I saw her today in the drive thru and she is as pleasant and as nice as you can get. If they ever lose her would be a horrible mistake. They need to get rid of the guy with the black hair in the morning he reminds me of the other guy they had there very rude very very rude. Only reason I come back is Jules great personality.

I came to this bk about 2 weeks ago I had a horrible experience with a morning manager John very rude and disrespectful, he has a very demeaning tone. I have been coming to this bk for about 7 yrs but this week was my last time. I was hesitant write this but I have to commend the other 2 managers I’ve dealt with Laura and Juls. This two are amazing and Juls has been a great great person with my orders. If ever wrong I get it fixed and a make up. But I’ve came multiple mornings and that John guy is rude the first thing in the morning is disrespect is unnecessary. So I’ve came to this location since the 2 week experience and I did some research that John is the big managers son. Well if that’s the case why would he have his son working and being rude to the customers and not only to the customers but I came in one morning and sat inside and he was rude to a female who worker. I don’t know what this manager is doing but you lost a customer because of your son and I hope you lose more till he fixes his attitude.
