The office space was clean and tidy. I was able to find carts easily. Definitely recommend anyone to get their storage unit at this location.

I had a great experience at Extra Storage Space thanks to Kimberly. She assisted me with upgrading to a bigger storage unit and made the entire process smooth and quick. Kimberly was very friendly, helpful, and took the time to go through every document with me, explaining exactly what each one was so I fully understood everything we discussed. Her professionalism and positive attitude made my visit stress-free. I truly appreciate her excellent customer service!

Huge shoutout to Kimberly today! She went above and beyond to help me with a last minute accommodation, making sure I secured the perfect storage unit for my upcoming move. She took the time to walk me through several options, showed me all the access points and elevators so I wouldn’t get lost, and even gave me a quick tutorial on how to properly use my lock lol. Her energy and level of assistance were truly a 10 out of 10. From the moment I walked through the door, she was prompt, warm, and genuinely committed to making sure everything was taken care of. I’m so glad I chose this location. Kimberly made the entire experience smooth and stress free!

This is a really nice location run by a friendly and helpful staff. Kim and Ray made moving in a breeze. The building is easy to access with parking next to the entry doors, and push carts are readily available. From booking online to getting my locker set up, the process was very quick and easy and I feel good about securing my belongings in this climate controlled facility.
