I came in for a promotional 100-unit Dysport treatment. During my consultation, I was encouraged to pay extra for injections around my mouth at full price. This was only my second neuromodulator treatment, yet no one explained that Dysport can spread more than other products or that this could significantly affect the final result. Had I been given that information beforehand, I very likely would have chosen a different product. Around day 11, my brows dropped instead of lifting, the corners of my mouth also drooped, and my face looked completely different from what I expected. What disappointed me even more was the office’s communication. The phone number listed on both the website and Google was unreachable and always went to voicemail. The only responses I received were text messages from an unidentified number, with no indication of who I was speaking to. Even after explaining my concerns and asking to be seen sooner, I was left to wait for my scheduled follow-up appointment with no real support. At the follow-up, the nurse was professional, respectful, and acknowledged my concerns. She explained that Dysport can spread more than other products and agreed that this likely happened in my case. Unfortunately, the only solution offered was to wait about three months for it to wear off. My criticism is directed at the office, not the nurse. Patients should be properly informed about the product they’re receiving, the differences between available options, and should have reliable access to their provider if something goes wrong. Instead, I was left to spend months waiting for a result I never wanted. I cannot recommend this office. If your cosmetic result doesn’t go as planned, don’t expect meaningful communication or support.

After I booked my treatment and paid the deposit, I started reading reviews. I knew what to expect when I got there. This is not an ordinary aesthetician office. The young man took me in a back office, asked about my skin goals, etc. I told him I knew he was trying to sell me upgrades/packages/memberships, and I was out of town with no facility of theirs in my area. He understood, tried once more, and shortly after I used the restroom (it was dirty, btw) viv took me back for my facial. She took before pictures with no ring light. The facial was very nice and relaxing and she did a great job. After the facial, she took a photo WITH the ring light right in my face. I was lead out again for another sales pitch. The young man showed me the before and after photos. I explained that OF course the second ones look better with the great lighting! It was almost comical. He recommended 1900.00 worth of product, which I declined. He was very nice and a good salesman, I just didn’t want or need any of it. I noticed the big head boss closing deals but he didn’t try with me. lol. Overall, if you live in the area and want a nice facial, I’d say it was worth 100 bucks! Just be forewarned you will be given a sales pitch.

Vivian is amazing. I took the hydrology facial and she did an amazing job. She explained all the steps and benefits in detail. The massage was so relaxing and it helped me reduces stress from my neck and shoulders. I would come back to her for sure.

100% scam. I paid a premium price for what was advertised as an advanced peeling treatment, yet after 3 days there was absolutely no peeling or visible results. I followed all of the aftercare instructions exactly as directed. When I called to express my concerns, I was told someone would call me back with a resolution. That never happened. Since then, none of my calls have been answered, and I have been completely ignored. The treatment did not deliver the promised results, and the customer service was even more disappointing. For the amount they charge, I expected professionalism, accountability, and results. Save your money and stay away. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.

Update: A person responds to say reach out but then doesn't answer the phone but sends a text someone will call you back, but it has been days AAANNNDDDD nothing. 100% S C A M ... unless you want to grossly over pay for a facial. They hire these young people fresh out of school who are just starting, which I have no issue with, but they promise 'no surgery face lift results'. This is not possible. The facials I received were relaxing but nothing more. I did not see a reduction of fine lines, balanced skin tone, or anything else on the long list of things I would expect. DON'T SAY YOU HAVEN'T BEEN WARNED.
