I have been meaning to try this place because it has vegetarian ramen, and it did not disappoint! Fantastic broth and very filling, I had the spicy veggie ramen. My sister who lives in NYC was also impressed, which is a high compliment because NYC has a lot of options. Server was polite and checked for all allergies, great place overall.

We enjoyed authentic delicious 😋 lunch. Mine was a cold noodle 🍜 dish. It was very refreshing. Great place to try a new dish. My husband had the spicy soup. He enjoyed the flavors.

Let me start this review by stating that I love ramen. Probably from my childhood days of cup o noodles being a staple of my diet growing up and having that as lunch at school far more often than what was probably healthy. Getting back to the point here, I’ve never been a fan of miso ramen and Dosunco has done a fantastic job of converting me! While I still prefer tonkotsu I can appreciate the rich flavors and flawless preparation in Dosunco’s ramen. In a city where chic looking but flavor failing ramen spots litter the landscape, Dosunco provides a delicious and unassuming experience where you can just chill and enjoy a great meal. The staff are very friendly and you can tell the people making the food care that you have a great experience. I’m so happy I don’t have to drive to Orlando anymore for a quick ramen fix. I’m sure as they grow they will be able to upgrade the decor to make the fancier restaurant goers happy, but anyone in Tampa who loves ramen owes it to themselves to stop in here for a savory and enjoyable meal. I will say that this was some of the best pork belly I’ve had in my life!!! Double portion it!!! But Beware the Evil Dosunco with California Reaper!!! Not for the faint hearted!

The ramen was truly amazing, the broth tasted amazing, the mochi was amazing, and the decoration truly represents Japanese culture. It’s just this indescribable feeling as if I was really in Japan. Overall, this is a truly amazing restaurant!
