  Wanted to share our great review for our recent repair and service for our son’s 2025 Talaria E-bike. Mathew repaired and serviced the e-bike. He has great follow through and communicated throughout the assessment, the ordering of materials and parts, and the service/repair. He also made recommendations to ensure the bike would be in optimum working condition.

  So I was shopping around for a new E bike for my son it came down to two different bikes, the E ride pro SR and the Ventus V1+ at the time of calling Emoto. I had no idea that they even made the Ventus V1+ EVO yet until the sales rep told me that they can no longer get the V1 and then now it is called the Ventus V1+ EVO there was a few ups and downs. On this particular order, I will say right off the rip right now that Michael the owner is very knowledgeable in a good dude. He will immediately call you if there’s any issues at all and try to resolve it immediately no matter how mad you are, this man will eat it all and still do whatever he can to help you if you have questions on any particular bike I would definitely reach out to Michael or gunner those two are very knowledgeable i’m very much new to the Emoto scene. I can tell you anything you wanna know about street bikes. those two men right there will put your son/ daughter husband and wife, whole family on exactly the right bikes of your needs it’s that simple and don’t ever be scared about putting the bike together yourself. It’s not that hard all you’re doing is putting handlebars on in the front tire that is it pretty straightforward so don’t ever think that you can’t have these bike shipped all across the country again, I cannot think Michael enough thank you Emoto supply co!!!!

  After talking and texting with Mike. I decided to purchase from them. Answered questions about the different bikes I was looking at. And I went with an R1+. The ordering and delivery processes went ever so smooth. I would recommend emoto Supply Co. to anyone. Bike is the perfect choice for me.
