  Tami at the front desk made out whole stay worthwhile. We were new to the area and asked many questions, like distances to the Hard Rock Casino, Cruise Ports, Medical facilities, grocery store, and where to park while on the 5 day cruise. We also asked about breakfast which was included. It was a cold muffin wrapped breakfast , options for heating along with instant oatmeal or grits, fresh apples and great HOT coffee. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable and the hotel was quiet. Tami made it stress-free and we truly appreciate all of her help.

  Miss. Will at the front desk is a sweet heart! Got nice little work out room. The suit is comfy w/kitchen included. Quick drive from Ybor city too. Definitely a nice go to spot. Wish they had carpet flooring though.

  It was a headache searching for hotels in Tampa for my family and I, because I can deal with a lot, but roaches isn't one of them and the reviews for a lot of Tampa hotels had them. I saw the reviews for this hotel and it didn't disappoint. Honestly, the morning front desk staff makes this hotel. The customer service is beyond exceptional from the morning staff, especially from Tammy! In a world where many don't care, this place was a breath of fresh air coming off a long road trip. The cons for me: 1.) LACK OF WATER PRESSURE: The water was scared to come out lol. After a long day of traveling, you look forward to a nice long shower and it didn't deliver. 2.) KITCHEN DISHWARE: I've stayed in a lot of extended stays and normally the dishes are already located in the room. I'm not sure why this isn't the case for this particular hotel, but being on the road for 14 hours and already having to bring all our luggage to our room, no one is interested in carrying a tub of dishes from the front desk to their room. 3.) ICE MACHINE: Although there are ice cube trays in your freezer to make ice cubes, there's no machine to get immediate ice. It's hot outside and when you check in exhausted, you want a cold drink with some ice. We ended up going to the gas station across the street for a bag of ice. An ice machine would be a great addition to the hotel. 4.) UNCOMFORTABLE BED: As you can see it's a single mattress sitting on the frame. The mattress is very uncomfortable and no firm or softness to it, so my sleep was interrupted a few times. These are things that can absolutely be changed/worked on to make this a 5-star hotel in my opinion, but overall, for what we paid, this was a great stay and would stay here again on my next visit.

  Tammy provided me with excellent assistance during my check-in. She gave me very clear instructions. She gave me the one of the best experiences at a hotel that I’ve had always had a smile on her face and maybe feel very welcome. I will definitely be staying here again..
