  I had an excellent experience working with Marcos and Dino! They did an amazing job helping me find and get the truck I was looking for. From start to finish, they were extremely efficient, friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure I got exactly what I wanted. Their customer service was outstanding, and they went above and beyond to make the experience a great one. I highly recommend Marcos and Dino to anyone looking for a vehicle. 100% recommended!   We had an excellent experience buying our 2026 Silverado 3500HD with Ferman Chevrolet. Even though we live over 2½ hours away, the entire process was incredibly easy. We handled almost everything over the phone, and when we arrived a few days later the truck was ready to go exactly as promised. Mel was fantastic to work with throughout the process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and made everything simple from start to finish. Matt in finance was also awesome—professional, efficient, and straightforward with all the paperwork. Alex, the general manager, even came over to introduce himself and spent a few minutes talking with us, which we really appreciated. That level of professionalism and customer care goes a long way. Overall, it was one of the smoothest vehicle purchases we’ve ever had. We’d absolutely make the drive again and will definitely use this dealership in the future. Highly recommend!

  Bought my first corvette from these guys. Got a fair price right away, and we started the process. Trade in for my car, was acceptable too. I had a complicated out of state purchase and an active lease on my current car, they handled everything for me, and I was driving the corvette home by the end of the day. Tommy and Lorenzo made the whole process smooth and easy. Andrew is a solid dude too, super down to earth and friendly. Only thing, make sure you know your stuff on the finance end, at the end of the day they trying make money too, just make sure you are only paying for the extra frills that you actually want and need. Overall, great experience I would do business with these guys again.

  Mo was so attentive and nice. He went out of his way to get me my car. This is my second car that I have purchased from Ferman since I have lived in Florida and the staff and shout out to the MAINTENANCE TEAM, that keep customers like me happy. Everyone had been so accommodating and welcoming. But Mo, I am so grateful that I have my car and I may just come back to see that amazing smile. Tell Lorenzo I am going to need a playlist!

  The Ferman team made the vehicle purchasing process comfortable and unpressurized. The details of each portion of the process was clearly explained and any questions I had were answered. NOT the typical water boarding experience at other dealerships!! Love my new ride! Special Thanks to Kelly and Jamarius you really pulled this together
