My experience was exquisite. Robert helped me and my fiance from start to finish. He was polite, and resourceful. Robert was even able to negotiate a higher price for our emergency. 10/10 hospitality and the free drinks in the lobby was the cherry on top.

Highly recommended. Jesus was polite, professional, and respectful throughout the entire process. They offered me more than any other place I visited and explained everything in clear, transparent detail. I never felt pressured, and I appreciated the honesty. I’ll definitely do business with them again.

Eduardo was extremely patient and helpful! He walked me through their process of buying gold and how they verify and the pieces their buying but also how they price the items out. He made sure I was both aware of what we were doing and comfortable with the prices offered. I will definitely recommend this office to others I know.
