I can’t say enough good things about Luis. He went above and beyond to help me, explained everything clearly, and made me feel confident in every decision. He was responsive, professional, and genuinely invested in helping me—not just doing his job. This was easily one of the best banking experiences I’ve had, and it’s entirely because of Luis.

I came here today because I was in the neighborhood. I heard that one of these locations has bank tellers in person. When pulling up, I thought this one may be the one because of the size. Much larger than my local branch. When inside, I had to go one of the automated tellers. Jazmin took care of my transaction. Maybe one day I will find out where the regular tellers are.
