  My review for Happi Work is an response to the dare made to me by the reading glasses doning counter person. My review is an open suggestions for another better establishment. As the saying goes don't judge a book by it's cover or lack of cover art .. That saying is exactly what Dragon Express is....You could easily drive by it over and over again but like most holes in a wall you still see it. I finally went to Dragon Express after myself and family had enough of Happi Work another local Chinese food restaurant where the very often rude and smug CSR register attendant dared us to find another restaurant locally that was better than Happy Work, where they often left out entire food selections and additions with no compensation or even an apology. Thanks to their dare and constant rudeness I found Dragon Express. For starters the Owner is great polite and a attentive listener, whether you are on the phone or in person he has never gotten or order wrong or missed out food items. Prices are very reasonable and currently expected. Food is outstanding..... Being I've been all over the world and country I can say the food here is a product of the craftsmen who prepare it. I don't have to convince myself it's good because it is all you have in the University area. it's great as compared to other places visited. I've been there a number of time and it's I great to finally have everything that comes with your ordered meal present upon pickup. The plus is finally having a real portion of barbecue spareribs and general Tso chicken with some kick. Fried rice that isnt steeped in oil and old..... everything is prepared before you get there or after you place your order and the owner whom works the front says thank you for coming as you leave thinking about your return.......BTW Dragon Express and Happi Wok are 3 blocks apart but miles away when it come to food, flavour and service.... Dragon Express is located at the corner of 22 St and Fletcher. I suggest you walk or drive to it before you allow Happi Wok to disatify you or upset your stomach if you live in the University area or are doing looking for great eats stop in don't let the outside appearance get you....

  Do not bother. This restaurant has messed up our order for the third and final time. Every visit seems to come with a new problem. Either items are missing, portions are much smaller than what was ordered, or they give us the wrong size altogether. What makes it even more frustrating is that the restaurant isn't usually busy when we visit, so it's hard to understand why there are so many mistakes. Accuracy shouldn't be this difficult, especially when customers are paying premium prices. The portion sizes are also unreasonable for what they charge. On top of that, the food itself is bland and lacks flavor. Everything tastes like it was made with the bare minimum effort and seasoning. If you're looking for authentic, flavorful Chinese food, this is not the place. I've tried several Chinese restaurants throughout Florida, and unfortunately, this has been the worst experience by far. After three disappointing visits and repeated order mistakes, we won't be returning.

  we’ve been eating at this place for a couple years. First time I went in there. The lady has a bedroom pillow on a chair so she can sit on it. It was the most dirtiest pillow I’ve ever seen. Disgusting. I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like. I would never go back you sitting on a really disgusting dirty pillow I can’t imagine what the kitchen looks like

  Jacinda is really well at what she does. Every visit I am welcomed with a big smile and great customer service. The food is always hot and amazing. I’d definitely recommend stopping by!!
