  We are very happy with Lowe's, from the beginning going to the store and have the order process with a British guy Duncan, he was very helpful. The delivery guys Samuel and Luis, was very polite, clean, make the delivery smooth. They deserve 10 stars. Keep the good job guys! Thank you Fasoldt Family

  I placed an order on Wednesday 7/22 to be deliver on 7/23 morning, around 847am i received the email that my order was delivered but I was at my house and nothing was there. I checked the cameras and nobody was around. I called customer service and they created a ticket and make me wait 24hrs. The representative asked me questions if my door has plants and i said no, so after the call i noticed that my front neighbor has plants by his door. Nobody called me to follow up on Friday and I have to call them again with no results. I called the store where the order was completed and they transferred my call to fulfillment department where a nice guy I believe his name was James, checked the order and finally agreed that the order was delivered to another house and I should get a new delivery by noon and he updated the ticket. By 12:30pm nobody showed to my house so i ended checking with the neighbor and yes he received the item on Thursday AM, the box doesn’t have a label with my address just my First name Initial and last name, and my neighbor doesn’t know my full name so he called Lowes and was told they will send someone to get it back, but also nobody went there so he hold It I finally got the item today. I never have a problem like this with Home Depot and I can’t believe that Lowe’s did something like that to a good customer. I wasted time calling customer service, the store and also have to bother a neighbor. I would not recommend to place an order from this location as they don’t care about fixing their own mistakes. They uses uber drivers to do these deliveries and they only check their GPS, not even look at their house number. Awful experience. Order placed from Wimauma FL, order # ended in 7065 for a Craftsman brand item.

  It's a home improvement store. To me on par with home depot. The store is pretty well laid out. Prices are pretty good. I like that some of the cash back websites have lowest in their list. Sam's over the years is Big home improvement stores have lost a lot of their specialty people. Back then a lot of the people working there were older and experienced professionals in a particular trade. That's not so much nowadays. Asking for help does not always get you someone that knows what they're talking about. Still if you need something to fix something in your house, they most likely have it. Today it's an essential store.

  I’ve been shopping at Lowe’s for quite a while and never experienced this type of service. Patrick was extremely helpful without even asking. He was very observant and customer focused. From start to finish, he assisted us with everything we needed for our project. We need more people at Lowe’s like Patrick.

  We stopped into the law and garden section and Charlotte was amazing. She was friendly and knowledgeable. We got great customer service and left smiling and laughing. She even got us registered for rewards. Thank you again for just staring our day off in the right foot. Please make sure this compliment makes it back to her.
