  💯 I've been coming to the Metro store on Fletcher for years, and Ashley has been helping me since she first started working there. She is always professional, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to take care of all my needs. Her customer service is consistently outstanding, and she truly makes every visit a great experience. Ashley is one of Metro's greatest assets, and I believe corporate should recognize her hard work and dedication by considering her for a higher position. She has definitely earned it. 100%

  I had great experience at metro the employees were extremely helpful professional and very patient with every customer they took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure everyone left satisfied one thing I liked is that they have enough employees in the store so customers don't feel rushed the team takes their time to help cc customer service like this is hard to find these days I highly recommend this location if you want great service and smooth experience

  I wanted to buy a phone & they gave me the best deal and was very helpful, they also help me switch all my information to my new phone. I will be coming back to this location.

  Great service from the assistant manager Ashley very quick and easy transition... Manager Ahmed was great also very knowledgeable overall great experience and highly recommended
