  I live in Brandon, FL and visited the store located 2028 Badlands Drive. The two customer service reps were vary courteous, I was interested in purchasing a tablet for my son and myself, they were so helpful explaining all the tablets available for purchase, they answered all my questions with a smile, while one of the reps connected my tablets, the other rep helped another customer that came in with her phone locked and tablet and was passing through a difficult situation, the rep assisted her until her devices were unlocked and the customer left happy. They go above and beyond to help there customers and I left the store happy with my two new tablets, I would recommend this store if you are in the Brandon FL area.

  Even though the workers are sales personnel, every time I go there for help with the operation of the phone, they work on it until a solution is found. Everyone has always been courteous and nonjudgmental when helping me navigate through the applications of my phone. I am never apprehensive knowing I will be treated well!

  I didn't like the way the employee treated me this morning—she was very serious, not at all friendly or pleasant. I don't think she'll make many sales, since you have to be friendly and helpful to customers... It seems like she didn't start her day off right, or maybe that's just how she is🤔 I wasn't at all happy with the customer service this morning

  We visited the Metro by T-Mobile store twice this week, and both times got outstanding customer service. Both Gerard & Joyceline are very customer oriented, and knowledgeable on their products. If you're looking for a phone, visit the Metro store 2028, on Providence Ave, between Causeway Blvd & Oakfield Dr in Brandon, FL 33511

  I hate to have to even rate this place bad because they've always been really good but today I simply went over there with a phone to buy a SIM card and turn a temporarily disconnected phone back on and that was it. Not only was I charged almost $40 to do this the girl who was working assigned the new SIM card I just bought to a completely different phone on my account (not the phone I handed her), switched that phone # with the phone # I had here and I just spent two hours on the phone with Metro support just to get it fixed. Smh. You had one job.
