I had a very disappointing experience. My mother brought her vehicle in expecting an honest inspection and repair, but we left feeling like she was taken advantage of. She was charged for a part that, based on what we later learned, didn't need to be replaced in the first place. What made the situation even worse was how the staff handled our concerns. Instead of taking the time to explain the repair or address our questions, they were dismissive and largely ignored us. We tried to resolve the issue, but no one seemed interested in making things right or standing behind their work. Honesty and communication are what customers expect, especially when they're trusting someone with a family member's vehicle. Unfortunately, we didn't receive either. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location and would encourage others to get a second opinion before approving expensive repairs.

Franky and his staff do an excellent job. They always have given me fair pricing and when recommending options they do not push to get repair accomplished. Very honest ppl

I never ever made a review but I decided to because that lady in the front counter promise she will make a quote for me and she never did. I never been to a shop where the front counter didnt know what to do. First she said an hour, then the next day and then here we are the following week and still nothing. She kept calling me sweetheart which was so cringy

I asked them if they could look at my car tell me what’s wrong with the engine so I could pay them to fix it. Just for them to diagnose the car it’s $85. Never in my life had a mechanic charge to tell you how much money you need to spend with them to fix a car.
