  No way. This was the worst car wash I’ve ever been to. I paid for an interior cleaning, and it honestly felt like nothing was done. When I arrived and saw five people working, I thought my car would be in great hands. Instead, it looked like they put in less than 10% effort. The interior was barely touched. It was still dirty, and it honestly didn’t seem like anyone cared at all.

  The staff are lovely, but the quality of their work was not. I paid $40 plus a $10 tip for platinum wash and interior clean and I got the car back in like 15 mins if that and it still had dirt and debree on the Matt and in between the lining. There was even a leaf on the floor that was missed. I sent it back for another clean. Not happy with this experience, I took it in and paid because I thought they would be thorough and do a better job than I would have. But next time I’ll save my money and do it myself. Update just got it back from the second run through and it’s still dirty I’m so upset and disappointed. Photos are from the second time it went through.

  Was an Unlimited member for years and still technically am, but will be canceling today. Used their normal exterior wash Saturday before Christmas. That day they apologized for the machine breaking off a front piece of my 2023 GMC Truck. The manager on duty Malek said they were “Sorry, this happened earlier this weekend to a similar truck. We will take care of it for you. Our manager will call this coming week to resolve it with you and tell you where to go to get it fixed.” Two weeks later I haven’t heard from them, so I called. They took an accident report, pictures, etc and didn’t follow up. When I called today, the other manager “Troy” said Malek was out in PTO for a couple weeks and he’ll follow up when he gets back. I wish this place would take responsibility for ripping up my front hood.

  I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received yesterday at your location. My car was still dirty after being sent through the wash a second time. Additionally, the interior cleaning was poorly done, despite my complaints at the time of service. I attempted to call the location three times today but was unable to reach anyone. At this point, I would like to request a full refund of $55.00. I have attached pictures for your reference.

  Great, car comes quite clean and shini; small inconvenience is that the air dryers do not perform as well as it is supposed to do, still we have to finished drying by hand.
