  i went to get my acrylic nails soaked off and to get just gel in my natural nails. after the employee said that she was done with my soak off, i saw a crack through the middle of the nail. initially i thought that it was still acrylic and she was going to try and still apply the gel over that. i told her that i would like the rest of the acrylic removed before that happened. she ignored that comment and i had to repeat myself a few times. i left without getting any polish on my nails so i could remove the rest of the acrylic myself. while there was acrylic that i removed on other fingers, the crack that i saw was a crack in my actual nail from the nail drill being used. it didn’t crack all the way through but it is obviously nail cracked and not acrylic. i could also tell this because my nail was significantly thinner than it used to be, indicating that the salon employee filed away my actual nail on top of my nail bed with the drill. the employee was also willing to cure gel on top of my damaged nail bed, which could’ve damaged my nail bed since there was only a thin layer of nail protecting my nail bed where the crack was. when i went to pay, they uncharged the soak off because Ididn’t get a service to go along with it. that was a shock for me because I was told repeatedly that the soak off was $10 and it wasn’t mentioned that that price was contingent on the service I had planned on. additionally that isn’t mentioned on the website. there were a few other things that made this visit unpleasant and ultimately unprofessional that i just don’t have room to put.

  My god I was very disappointed with my experience at this salon. I watched my money go to waste in the blink of an eye. My nails were done by the owner, or someone named Mia. I expected a much better result, especially because my previous visit was also disappointing when a new technician did a poor job on my nails. Unfortunately, the service felt rushed, as if they were in a hurry to finish. The polish was not applied properly, the nails were uneven, and the overall quality was far below what I expected. The final result looked unfinished and lacked attention to detail. This has been the worst nail service experience I have ever had. I don't normally leave negative reviews, but I felt it was important to share my honest experience. When customers pay for a service, they expect quality work, professionalism, and adequate time and care. Sadly, that was not the case here. I will not be returning.

  I love coming here, I come ever so often and always see Tina! She is so sweet, patient and will work with you and your nail idea as best as she can! Love this new set I just got! Absolutely stunning thank you so much!

  My Auntie and I Love ♥️ LOVE ♥️ LUV this place. The staff are talented, attentive, professional, and very kind.. I personally am a big fan of Kim, she provides the best pedicure services ever!!! Everyone agrees. If you arrive feeling stress tension, any of that, when you leave her chair, those worries and concerns are gone. My auntie loves Tan and Kayla, she says they are very attentive with the acrylic nails and they give relaxing foot and hand massages too. On a sidenote, their facility is next-door to a tea shop, OMG the Boba tea is to die for. My personal favorite is the Boba Thai tea and I always order the tiramisu treat too. Yum Yum!!! Once the Nail owner was kind enough to go next-door and pick up my order for me. I ate it while I got my nails done. You can’t beat that. I highly recommend that you check them out, it’s worth the experience 🤗
