The barber did an amazing job. The haircut was one of the best I’ve had, and the customer service was excellent. The only downside was that it was extremely hot inside the shop, it felt like being in the desert. If the temperature were more comfortable, the experience would be perfect

Gusto is the best, hands down. I have been bouncing around between barbers for years and couldn’t find the one that fit my style (sometime I like to have that real clean look and sometimes - a more professional look). Gusto can do it all!!! Every time trims my beard, always on time, and very friendly. Real happy I finally found this guy (and even if I move out of the area Id still be coming back to him no matter the drive time it might take)

The barber was fantastic, and the haircut was excellent. The service was top-notch. My only complaint is that it was so hot inside that it felt like I was getting a haircut in the desert. Please turn up the A/C!

I normally dont give one star ratings out but this was the WORST hair cut ive ever gotten 1) workers was drinking beer on the job 2) when I arrived home after my hair cut it looked good from the front but apparently the barber left a long stan of hair in the back of my head my wife had to take scissors to my head to even it out 3) no one was in uniform looked very unprofessional felt like a hang out rather than a professional establishment Now look im a very understanding person and very forgiving person but ......when you come to work .......present yourself as such I felt like I was at a collage party
