  Took van in for a tune up and troubleshoot occasional issues with delay start up. They called to inform us the battery test failed and suggested we get a free replacement with where we originally purchased it. I picked up the battery from them and had it tested at advanced auto and AA said it tested fine. I took the battery back to Splash and the mechanic got an attitude and told me I needed to pay for a new battery because he “tested 6 times and it doesn’t work”. They installed my original battery and let us know it was done. They had replaced the ignition coils. The car drove home fine. Went to start the next day and nothing. Checked the cables and the negative cable just pulled right off. Tightened it back down. Then realized that the air intake that leads to the air filter box was misaligned. The intake at the front of the car was missing a screw and the hole didn’t line up. The air filter box was not secured to the car. The mechanic obviously had to remove all of this in order to replace the ignition coils, but failed to seat the air filter box correctly and put in the screws. Spent about an hour completing the job that I paid for. Also it’s been 3 months now and the “bad” battery still holds up.

  I had a wonderful experience at Splash Car Wash & Lube! I was picking up my car after Tristan with Got Tint finished tinting it. Got Tint operates at Splash Car Wash & Lube. While I was waiting for Tristan to finish the paperwork, I spent some time in the waiting area and had the pleasure of talking with Sheri and Mike. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming. They took the time to chat with me, made me feel like a valued customer instead of just someone waiting around, and genuinely made my visit more enjoyable. That kind of personal customer service is hard to find these days. My car looks fantastic, and Tristan did an outstanding job on the tint. It's refreshing to find a business where everyone is friendly and genuinely cares about their customers. I highly recommend Splash Car Wash & Lube and Got Tint. Thank you all for such a great experience!

  I highly recommend not to go to this place for any service at all. The owner and manager are both unprofessional and rude. I went for a wash and it costed me 60$ from 5$ due to that old historic poor car wash they have. I can only imagine them touching a vehicle mechanically. The historic machine sliced my tire inside with two big gashes and the person directing me in heard and saw it but didn't say anything. When I get out the car wash, I had some unprofessional lady tell me there were no signs of her machine damaging my tire. Let along I drove to this car wash fine while I was working. Now this unprofessional lady makes me take my spare and basically tells me in my face they not even going to look at my tire just put my spare on and has the nerve to say at no charge. My blood starts boiling now, I give them the spare and take a deep breath. Soon as they take the tire off is when I noticed their historic machine tore my tire up. At this point nobody wants to even look at the tire so automatically it makes me think immediately this has happen before to someone I bet. This unprofessional lady tells me that my tire had to be low on pressure when I came into the wash which is a bold face lie. When I was being directed in the car wash I heard a quick hiss as soon as got my tire on the track inside the wash. They person guiding me again looks tells me put it in neutral and I go in. As I'm going through it feels weird. when I get out sure enough my tire is nearly off the rim because I went the whole car wash with this flat tire. Very sad to say but I will never recommend this place to anyone, not even as an emergency.

  Splash is fantastic! I have been in there for both mechanical work and car washes/detailing and they do an amazing job. The owners are fully involved to make sure everything always goes right. I like having communication with the people who the business means the most to instead of some manager in a big box store. The prices are really good and they take great care of me.

  I had my SUV detailed by Sheri and Mike at Splash Car Wash & Lube, and they did an excellent job! My vehicle looks amazing, and the detail was completed promptly without sacrificing quality. Sheri and Mike were also incredibly friendly and a pleasure to chat with, which made the experience even better. I highly recommend them if you’re looking for great service and attention to detail. I can’t wait to use them again!
