  Angelica destroyed my hair! She has no clue or skill set to weave a simple foil, formulate toner, or even give a basic haircut. She botched every single step of my appointment, created this mess on my head for me to deal with and not once did she apologize. The Manager Kass sees no problem allowing this talentless woman to continue booking appointments.

  I went three times for hair coloring services- The first time, my hair turn out great- but the stylist didn't say much and looked upset but I figured she wasn't having a great day- it happens. The second time, I asked for the same ash-blonde that I've had-- a different stylist turned by hair GRAY- like old lady dull gray- no blonde. She kept trying to convince me that my hair was just wet and it would be right- I knew my hair and knew it was wrong the second she took the towel off-- when she dried it, it was so bad! She had left me at the sink for over 40 minutes without checking on me while it toned and she took several other haircuts. She and I both know that my hair was over processed because she forgot about me- but she argued that I asked for "ash" which is grey. Obviously she didn't know what she was talking about! The third time, I asked for just a full all over dark blonde- no highlights or balage- just all over color to go back to my natural darker blonde. The 3rd stylist seemed very new to coloring and asked nearly every other stylist what to do-- and of course- my hair turned orange! She tried to correct it but it remains orange 2 weeks later. I was there over 4 hours with her bringing everyone over trying to fix it. Those last two times, I've had to buy color correcting shampoos and conditioners. Needless to say- 3 times and they're out! I will not be back. I will never trust Ulta with my hair again!

She worked on my eyes, and I am beyond impressed with the results. Angélica is not only highly skilled, but she clearly loves what she does. She took the time to listen to exactly what I wanted, explained everything with patience, and delivered results that exceeded all my expectations. My eyes look beautiful, defined, and flawless — I instantly felt more confident and happy! On top of her talent, she has such a warm and positive energy that makes the entire experience comfortable and truly special. She genuinely cares about her clients, and it shows. I will absolutely be coming back to her and recommend her 100%. If you visit Ulta Beauty, make sure to ask for Angélica — she is simply wonderful!
