  We spent about two hours in this Verizon store dealing with an issue involving an iPhone that stopped working completely just two weeks after activation. We were told that two different managers would look into the situation, but in the end, nothing was done to help resolve it. Even after showing the official policy and explaining the situation clearly, no solution was provided. The staff member who originally assisted us even laughed during the interaction, which felt unprofessional and disrespectful given the seriousness of the issue. We left the store without any resolution or support. I expected a much better level of service, especially when dealing with a defective device within the return/exchange window.

  Rating: 5/5 Stars ★★★★★ I had a great experience working with Billy at Verizon. He did a fantastic job helping me get into a new phone quickly and made the entire process seamless. He took the time to break down the billing clearly so I knew exactly what to expect and helped me get my service upgraded. Billy is a good guy who provides excellent customer service. If you're looking for someone who is efficient and transparent, I highly recommend asking for him. 5/5 stars!

  I met with Kevin today and he was a volunteer from another store. He provided me with exceptional customer service. He was truly a great help and was well versed in areas I wasn't. Kevin was awesome!

  I made an appointment beforehand, but was still apprehensive about the length of time it would take to upgrade my phone. I was pleasantly surprised that I was taken earlier then my appointment time and Manny was not only patient, but took the time to explain everything to me and walk me thru the different models and plans. He made sure all my info was successfully transferred before I left.Overall, I was very pleased by the service at this location and I would highly recommend Manny as your go to when purchasing a new phone! Thank You!

  After 4 days of calling into Verizon call centers with no resolution, I went into this Verizon store and Natalia fixed my account issue in 2 minutes. She was patient, empathetic, and very knowledgeable. Natalia followed up with me and on my return visit she helped me with my devices. I really cannot thank her enough for her help.
