  Our family couldn’t be happier with the service we received from Air Masters of Tampa Bay! After getting several quotes, Tony was the one who truly stood out. From the very beginning, he treated us like family instead of just another customer. Tony took the time to explain everything, answered every question with patience, and never once made us feel like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t need. He repaired our A/C system and cleaned our air ducts, and the difference has been incredible. Our home is cooler, the air feels cleaner, and we have peace of mind knowing everything was done the right way. It’s hard to find customer service like this anymore, but Tony went above and beyond. His honesty, professionalism, and genuine care for his customers made this an easy five-star experience. If you want someone you can trust to take care of your home and your family, I highly recommend asking for Tony at Air Masters of Tampa Bay. We will definitely be using them again and recommending them to our family, friends, and neighbors!

  Our A/C units stopped working. I called Air Masters and spoke with Veronica, who was very knowledgeable and kind. She scheduled our appointment with Chad, who came out and diagnosed the problem. He was very prompt and professional, and reassuring about the repair. The part was ordered from Trane right away, and although FedEx experienced delays in shipping, the part did come in. Now, the good part... Miguel came out on Saturday morning and installed the fan motor!!! He was at our house on time. He answered all of our questions, installed the fan motor, inspected the entire system, and made his recommendation on how to move forward with the care and maintenance of our system. He was so polite and kind and we never felt rushed or pushed into any decision. He presented our options and understood that our need right now is to keep the unit we have, and with Miguel and his co-workers helping us by getting it back in great working condition, we feel we have a chance to keep it longer. He is great! I worked for electrical and A/C contractors for 30 years, and know the ins and outs of both the office side and the technician's side. Although the part was delayed by FedEx, Veronica and Miguel worked to get us up and running, and on a Saturday even! Thanks to them, we are back at home (although our hotel stay was amazing), and my COPD and heart problems are back to normal. All in all, I highly recommend Air Masters and am happy that we purchased the Maintenance Agreement. They are coming out this week to clean the ductwork, coils and entire unit.   ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can't say enough good things about my experience with this company. From the very first phone call, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the entire process stress-free. They were quick to schedule an appointment, showed up exactly when they said they would, and kept me informed every step of the way. The technicians were professional, respectful of my home, and took the time to answer all of my questions without making me feel rushed. It was obvious they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their customers. They diagnosed the issue quickly, explained my options in a way that was easy to understand, and never tried to pressure me into unnecessary repairs or upgrades. The quality of the work was outstanding. Everything was completed efficiently, they cleaned up before leaving, and my air conditioning has been running better than ever. It's such a relief to have a company you can actually trust, especially when it comes to something as important as keeping your home comfortable. Great customer service, fair pricing, honest people, and excellent workmanship are hard to find these days, but this company delivers on all of it. I'll definitely be using them again for any future HVAC needs and will be recommending them to anyone looking for reliable, professional service. Thank you for making what could have been a stressful situation such a positive experience!

  I highly recommend this A/C company. They arrived on time, were thorough, and provided excellent service from start to finish. Hector was friendly & knowledgeable. They were able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem, getting our A/C running again in the Florida heat. They are reliable, dependable, and trustworthy, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.
