  We came in today for a couple of things but mainly for my daughter to open a high school checking account. We received exceptional customer service from everyone who assisted us from start to finish! Mario helped her open up the account and went above and beyond. He educated not only my teenager but myself and two younger children as well. He took his time and was very knowledgeable about all of their products. We will definitely be switching over the rest of our business here. We appreciate the extra time without making us feel rushed.

  Staff are friendly and very knowledgeable. Never crowded It’s always a pleasure to visit this Kennedy location in Tampa.

  I would like to leave positive feedback for Mario Ruiz, who assisted me this morning. He explained everything very clearly, professionally, and with great attention to detail. This is already the second (or third) time he has helped me, and each time the experience has been excellent. Mario is a knowledgeable and supportive employee — please value him.

  Don’t do business with this bank. The manager is prejudiced and racially profiled a black man for just waiting for the bank to open by calling the cops on him.

  I don’t know what this bank manager’s problem is, but he shouldn’t discriminate! What an embarrassment to bank here! Think I need to switch
