  Wow! Thank you Fleming’s for making our daughter’s 25th birthday such a wonderful celebration. She had such a fun experience cooking her Wagyu steak over the hot stone. All of our dishes were superb. The customer service from all the lovely staff made us feel extra special. Our server Celina was extremely professional and made our lunch memorable. The molten lava dessert was incredible! Looking forward to returning soon.

  My wife and I celebrated our 32nd wedding anniversary at Fleming’s in Tampa, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff made us feel genuinely welcome, our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive, and the restaurant went above and beyond with complimentary champagne, a decorated table, a rose for my wife, and a box of truffles at the end of our meal. Those thoughtful touches made the evening feel special. The complimentary bread service with the Brie and street corn-style spreads was also a great start. Unfortunately, the food didn’t live up to the level of service. I ordered the 16-ounce dry-aged ribeye, medium rare, after it was highly recommended by our waiter. While it was cooked to the correct temperature, it was surprisingly dry and lacked the rich, buttery flavor I’d expect from a premium dry-aged ribeye. My wife felt the same way about her filet. We shared the Fleming’s Potatoes and onion rings, with the onion rings being the standout side. The mushroom risotto had good flavor but was overcooked, with more of an oatmeal consistency than a creamy risotto. My Woodford Reserve Old Fashioned was good, but fairly standard. Overall, Fleming’s shines when it comes to atmosphere and hospitality, but for a high-end steakhouse, the food was disappointing and didn’t justify the price. I’d return for the exceptional service, but based on this visit, not for the steaks.

  We attended the SOMMDay School at Rooted Wine Bar inside Fleming’s in Tampa, and it could not have been a better experience. We booked through OpenTable and later realized it was their opening day for this class, which made the experience even more special. There were three of us, and we ended up being the only participants, which worked out perfectly. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted and guided to the bar by our two sommeliers, Stephen and Casey. We were immediately met with genuine smiles and a welcoming atmosphere. It was one of our birthdays, and they went above and beyond by bringing out a Happy Birthday sign along with four chocolate truffles and a candle. That extra touch set the tone right away and made the experience feel personal and thoughtful. Stephen and Casey truly made the experience stand out. Their humor, knowledge, and stories about each wine and its background kept everything engaging and approachable. When we tried appetizers after the class, they paired wines specifically to each of our individual palates. All three pairings were dialed in and somehow managed to be exactly what each of us enjoyed most, which was impressive and thoughtful. Stephen and Casey continued to spend time with us even after our tasting making us feel genuinely welcome rather than rushed out. This was our first visit, and they absolutely set the bar high. I cannot say enough good things about the experience or about Stephen and Casey. We will definitely be back.

  What an exceptional experience from the moment we arrived until the very end of our meal! The food was outstanding, with perfectly cooked and beautifully presented dishes that exceeded our expectations. The milk bread honey lavender butter was outstanding! What made this visit extra special was that, despite Fleming's being a corporate restaurant, we received genuinely attentive, personalized service that made us feel like valued guests rather than just another table. Our server, Amy, was warm, attentive, and made sure we were enjoying every part of our dining experience. She checked on us throughout the evening, and truly cared about making our meal memorable. Andrew, the manager, also stopped by our table to make sure everything was perfect; a thoughtful gesture that reflected the team's commitment to hospitality. A special thank you to the hostess, Diane, who accommodated our seating request with genuine care and even remembered our phone conversation when we arrived. That small but meaningful detail made us feel welcomed from the moment we walked through the door. Exceptional food, outstanding hospitality, and a level of personalized service that is rare to find. The entire team made us feel like regulars on our very first visit. We will absolutely be back and highly recommend Fleming's to anyone looking for a truly memorable dining experience.

  Our first visit to Fleming’s Prime Steakhouse was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The entire staff was welcoming, attentive, and provided exceptional service, making us feel truly valued as guests. A special thank you to Amy Barry, who went above and beyond. As soon as she noticed I was carrying a purse, she immediately offered me a purse hanger. At first, I thought it was something the restaurant provided for guests, but to my surprise, it was actually a thoughtful gift from her. That small gesture spoke volumes about her attention to detail and genuine care for her customers. We originally stopped by just for drinks and maybe appetizers, but thanks to the wonderful atmosphere, amazing food, and outstanding service, we decided to stay for dinner as well. Amy made the entire experience feel special, and her professionalism, kindness, and attentiveness truly stood out. Thank you, Amy and the entire Fleming’s team for an unforgettable experience. We will definitely be back!
