We visited for the Wine Club Kentucky Derby themed dinner. The private room was set up beautifully, and the manager Brittany and chef Sheldon were the ULTIMATE hosts. The service was top notch, and the ambiance was out of this world. To the point where we are planning to attend the themed dinners each month to see if they can continue the high bar they set this night. The star of the show was the food. O M G!! Each course and wine/drink pairing was phenomenal. The cheddar biscuit, shrimp with pimento cheese grits, that succulent pork ribeye, and bourbon ball dessert had us (figuratively) licking plates all night. 10/10 recommend you join the wine club and attend as many of these dinners as possible.

Overall had a nice time as Coopers Hawk celebrating my birthday! A few things I wished were different but overall a 6/10. The Ahi Tuna sashimi was incredible fresh, the blend of the creamy avocado, the sweet, punchy ponzu-ginger sauce and the buttery tuna was so light and bright on the palate. I just kept coming back for more! 8/10. The crab, shrimp and lobster bisque was tasty overall but very vegetable forward. I enjoyed the chunks of shrimp, but I was looking for more of the lobster and crab. The croutons were also soggy on arrival which was sad. I’d give it another chance, though. Overall it was okay, 6/10. The rice and meat were both so tender in the short rib risotto. The nutty, creamy energy of the cheese was perfect for the rich, savory short rib. I do wish there was more red wine to the flavor, or something acidic. At times, it felt like it was missing something (that wasn’t salt). The portion was great, that made it worth the price for sure. The nightjar sangria was the star of the show. Not to be played with! Only for real sangria/cognac aficionados hahah 10/10 Service was pretty slow :( but I also wasn't in a rush

Excellent food and Service. Madison was wonderful. Best experience for my bday. The appetizers were incredible. (Forgot to to take pictures of the entrées but we had the Churrasco w fries, the Braised rib Rissoto , and the trio of medallions 🔥🔥🔥 )

I must say that the food was flavorful and the service was top notch. I believe that due to being a group of 10 they waited on having all the food ready and sent out at the same time and due to that my plate was a bit cold but ASHLEY our server was so kind and considerate she was making sure that they got it right. We did not wanted to bother her with that so we did not insist to get another plate that she offered we just wanted her to be aware of it. ASHLEY was attentive and even offered to give us complimentary dessert but we didn’t accept it but was very grateful of this exceptional service and consideration. This was our first experience here and we will definitely come back again.

This was my first time and I can definitely say I will be coming back to this amazing restaurant. The wine tasting was fun and everyone was super knowledgeable. The food was better than amazing! We had lobster bisque soup and brunch French toast, lettuce 🥬 wraps, and the pork chop with veggies. Everything was delicious! There is so much more I want to try and this will Be my new food and wine spot. In addition our waitress Madison was sooo helpful and she made sure she was very attentive and super pleasant! Overall this place is a must try!!
