Dear Chick-fil-A Team, I am writing to report a serious food safety issue I experienced today around lunchtime. During what appeared to be a normal workday, I ordered a sandwich through your mobile app. Unfortunately, after beginning to eat it, I discovered what appeared to be mold on the bread. This was extremely concerning—not only because of the obvious quality issue, but also because I had already consumed part of the sandwich before noticing it. I find it difficult to understand how something so visibly compromised could pass through preparation and quality checks. This experience has significantly impacted my trust in your brand. I would appreciate an explanation of how this could happen, as well as what steps you are taking to prevent similar incidents in the future. I look forward to your response. Sincerely, Azize

Today at International Plaza I was able to get my favorite version of the Sunjoy® by substituting unsweet tea for the sweet tea and diet lemonade for the sweetened lemonade, my TwistyTarty lemonade. And of course French fries. SHAYLEE provided quick service during lunch hour rush. Seating is open for all 11 or so eateries here in Food Court. Enjoy indoor accessible tables, high tops some with charge ports, lounge chairs, covered out door seating includes accessible tables and lounge chairs. Accessible family, women's, men's restrooms are next to food court. Restrooms have open entry dedicated stalls with 2 grab bars and adequate space. Free van accessible parking in mall parking lot with valet service available

Great service, fast , efficient. The cuban guy is so nice, he speaks French, so great for tourists like me! Will come here again!

Talking with Yadian about Star wars was a great time, food was consistent with chic fil a's high standards. Only thing I could improve on is price but everything is expensive nowadays
