  If you’re looking for a great cocktail bar in Tampa, The Copper Shaker is the place to go. This isn’t your typical bar — they don’t just have bartenders, they have mixologists. The drinks are crafted with real attention to detail, and you can tell there’s a lot of passion behind every cocktail. The servers don’t just take orders either — they truly deliver an experience and make you feel taken care of throughout the night. A special shoutout to the manager, Jesus, who is the definition of a great host. He clearly cares about the customers and always makes sure everyone is having a great time. Even though it’s known as a cocktail bar, the food is phenomenal. Everything we tried exceeded expectations. Overall, an amazing spot in Ybor. Highly recommended — 10/10.

  A great place to go for date night or a few drinks. They have a creative cocktail menu as well as craft beer and wine choices. We ordered charcuterie, skewers, and beef tartar. Our drinks were excellent as well as our service. It has a very relaxing atmosphere.

  Copper Shaker Ybor is an absolute vibe! The moody, cool ambiance create the perfect atmosphere for a night out. Whether you're looking for a stylized spot for photos or just a high-end environment to relax, this place nails the aesthetic. Major shoutout to Maze and Nate behind the bar. Their service was top-tier and they made the experience seamless. The highlight of the night,, was the cocktail menu and their drink recommendations. The amazing bar staff even let me get creative and sub some of their specialty cocktails with my favorite tequila-Dulce Oro. The drinks were perfectly balanced with a sophisticated flair. The smash burger and truffle waffle fries hit every time. The food is always juicy and flavorful. If you're in Ybor and want a spot that with a dark, chic ambiance with professional mixology, and high quality eats, this is it. I will definitely be back!

  Food was phenomenal. We got the fondue plate and planned on ordering more. But the steak, sausage (which was incredibly moist, not chewy) charred broccoli and cauliflower, quasi pretzel soft chews, and butter flavored pita bread was more than enough. The drinks were so good. Great date night place

  I’ve been to a lot of bars, but The Copper Shaker is the first one that’s ever felt like mine. As a thirty-year-old woman who appreciates a place where she can actually relax, I can’t tell you how rare it is to find a spot that gets everything right — the vibe, the drinks, and most importantly, the way they make you feel the second you walk in. The atmosphere strikes that perfect balance: refined enough to feel like a treat, but warm enough that you never feel out of place. Whether I’m catching up with friends, meeting someone new, or just unwinding on my own at the bar, I always feel completely at home here. And the team? Absolutely lovely. Every single person on staff is welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind — the kind of service that makes you feel taken care of without ever feeling crowded. They remember the little things, they make great recommendations, and they clearly take pride in what they do. The cocktails deserve their own paragraph. Every drink I’ve had here has been thoughtfully made and beautifully balanced — never too sweet, never an afterthought. I’ve started trusting the bar completely, and they’ve yet to steer me wrong. If you’re looking for a place that feels equal parts special and comfortable, this is it. The Copper Shaker has earned a permanent spot on my list, and I’ll be recommending it to everyone I know.
