  I had a really positive experience at CVS thanks to one of the pharmacists, Hayley Skipper. It was clear from the moment I walked up that she genuinely cares about the customers. The line was getting a bit long, but she stayed aware of everything going on and made a real effort to keep things moving so no one had to wait too long. What stood out most was how she didn’t hesitate to pause what she was doing to assist the register when things got busy. That kind of teamwork made a big difference and showed how committed she is to making sure customers are taken care of quickly and efficiently. On top of that, Hayley was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. She answered questions with confidence and kindness, which made the whole experience smooth and reassuring. It’s not something you see everywhere, and it definitely deserves recognition. I really appreciate the level of service she provided and hope she gets the acknowledgment she deserves!

  Jessica and Gary are amazing! They helped me when I was having trouble with my passport photo. They both showed great professionalism and they have excellent customer service. Big shout out to them!

  Terrible pharmacy. I had to get my insurance company to call these people to get an answer about my prescription and they gaslight me stating that they responded when they didn’t, and then had someone call while I was on the phone with my insurance company to CYA. As a local to this area, use Publix because this place is a joke. They have no clear communication and it is crazy to me that people who are supposed to help others with their prescription could be so rude. I will never get my prescription filled at this location ever again nor visit this CVS in particular. Please start treating people with dignity.

  This store has really improved IMO...seems the new manager has it together and truly understands the meaning of good customer service. Eric Perez always goes above and beyond to help and always with a smile! Thank you, CVS & Eric! And as far as the reviews go about the pharmacy...I've never had an issue. They seem pleasant and accommodating, I suggest you give them another try.
