  Have health insurance with them so stopped in for a health assessment and health tips. Nice center. They give you tips tailored to your needs. They provide literature, community classes, etc.

  I recently spoke with Jim Melhorn at Florida Blue and just had to share how great the experience was. Jim was incredibly helpful in walking me through my insurance options. He was patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on making sure I understood every detail. He took the time to listen to what I needed, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process feel so much less overwhelming. Even though I ultimately chose a different direction for my coverage, the level of service Jim provided really stood out. I would absolutely return to him in the future, and I would recommend him to anyone who needs guidance with their health insurance. It is rare to find someone who is both this professional and this human. Jim is truly a standout resource at Florida Blue.
