  After many years of thinking about a breast reduction I called the office of Dr. David Halpern. Their phone was answered by Sylvia who made me feel extremely comfortable with making an appointment for a consultation. I found Dr. Halpern to be patient and his expertise was evident. His confidence and professionalism gave me piece of mind before a major life decision. The office staff was equally outstanding, they were kind and caring. My surgery and recovery have gone very smoothly. I felt supported and I knew I was in good hands. Dr. David Halpern and his staff truly care about their patients long after surgery is over. I am extremely grateful to have chosen an experienced surgeon who genuinely wanted the best outcome for me. I highly recommend Dr. David Halpern and his staff for a breast reduction.

  Dr. Halpern, MD Omg it was so nice meeting you and just sitting having casual conversation with. He is hilarious, and he's a genuine person. Funny part about I didn't even meet him having plastic surgery, I met him having some auto work done. If I ever need plastic surgery I definitely know who I would choose.

  Simply the best plastic surgeon reconstruction specialist. Dr David Halpern is an incredible surgeon, supported by a fantastic staff that has to be experienced to be truly appreciated. Dr H is one of the most unique people you'll ever meet (within minutes you feel like you've known him all your life). Superbly compassionate & caring, knowledgeable and outstanding at communicating what needs to be done. A truly amazing surgeon who I trusted with my life; and I couldn't have been in better hands. My case was extremely unique, so I'll document it a tad for those undergoing something similar. I'd had a quadruple heart bypass back in Jan 2025, and in the following months my sternum didn't heal properly. The condition kept getting worse & worse, to include the sternum breaking apart into multiple pieces AND subsequently allowing a very large epigastric hernia to develop between the diaphragm & the deteriorating sternum. I contacted a number of surgeons across the U.S., but none were willing to tackle the surgery. Fortunately one surgeon I contacted told me about Dr Halpern, and he offered that his expertise as a plastic surgeon reconstruction specialist was second to none. I contacted Dr H's office, he reviewed all my records & CT scans, and when we met shortly thereafter his first words were along the lines of "I can fix that". After months of frustration, those words provided instantaneous relief. The ensuing surgery was extremely complicated (actually it was 3 surgeries in 1 taking roughly 4 hours) but it worked beautifully. I was allowed to go home the day after the surgery. The ensuing healing process was challenging, but Dr H worked with me every step of the way and I've been pronounced 'Good to go' (fully healed & back to normal) about 4 months after the surgery. As I hope is obvious, I absolutely think the world of Dr Halpern and all his staff. I'd unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone seeking the world's best plastic surgeon reconstruction specialist.

  Dr. Halpern is amazing! He replaced my ruptured implants and gave me a lift. He also did a fat graft to my upper eyelid to fix a “botched” upper bleph (done by another dr.). He knows and appreciates hooded eyes! which is very important when getting an upper bleph!

  Dr Halpern is exceptional at assessing and successfully addressing conditions requiring attention. His compassion and patient communications is outstanding. His team is equally great.
